NAGPUR: Former Member of the Legislative Assembly, Gulabrao Gawande, filed a complaint with Nandanwan police in opposition to two assets dealers for fraud worth Rs70 lakh. Gawande, elected as MLA from Karanja in 1991, was allegedly duped by property sellers diagnosed as Prakash Gawande and Satish Agre, each resident of Nagpur, between August 2016 and April this year. According to police resources, Gawande and his companions own a piece of land in Nandanwan. The accused had promised to broaden the ground into residential by making it a format and building bungalows. The accused allegedly vowed to offer the partners a loan worth Rs50 crore from a finance enterprise to increase the task and requested a 2% commission.
Following this, Gawande and his companions gave the duo Rs1.25 crore to receive a mortgage worth Rs50 crore. However, the accused neither supplied the mortgage. Under pressure from Gawande and his companions, the accused, most effective again, was Rs55 lakh. When the accused didn’t deliver the last amount, Gawande approached Nandanwan police and filed a criticism. Cops have registered a fraud case beneath segments 420, 406, and sixty-four of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) within the rely.

They realized on Thursday evening that the couple had taken poison in village Suri. They were rushed to Warud Rural Hospital and then to District General Hospital. During treatment, Sopan breathed his remaining Saturday night at the same time as Vandana was critical. Sopan became the handiest bread earner of their own family, comprising his mother and father, spouse and sons. Relatives said he had taken a loan from an illegal money lender, who turned into harassing him for cash.
